Care instructions

Please refrain from wearing your jewelry when undertaking any water-related activities, and in particular, you should avoid contact with perfumed products and chemicals.

When you are not wearing your new jewelry, I recommend that you keep your jewelry inside its original box to help prevent tarnishing.

Should you need to clean your jewelry, simply wipe it gently using a soft polishing cloth.

Tarnish is a natural process, during this process, your piece will gain a new look. By using a soft polishing cloth you will be able to bring a shine back without completely removing the tarnish. Please note, jewelry cleaning products will remove tarnish, often removing the original patina, and can be harmful to the stones.

What is the difference between gold "filled" and gold "plated" jewelry?

There is almost 100 percent more gold in a gold-filled item than the amount of gold found in gold-plated items. 
Gold-filled items have a much thicker layer of gold on them, and the gold is a much higher quality. 

What are Processing time and shipping time?

Processing time is the time it takes me to create your pieces. 

You will be able to see the current processing time during your checkout.

Shipping times refer to the time it takes from the moment I ship your order, to the moment you receive it.
Please note, I am unable to guarantee shipping times as this process is managed by USPS.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All orders are packaged in a stylish jewelry box, ready for gift-giving.
Gift wrapping and gift tags are available at no extra cost, please be sure to include a note to request this service.

Rush Processing

Need your order in a rush? No problem! Please contact me before placing your order to make sure I can work your order in time. An extra fee may apply, and you can pay that along with your order once we work out the details. 
Please note, rush processing speeds up production time, not shipping time, because of this, I urge you to contact me before you place an order, to ensure we have the proper amount of time for your request.

I put the wrong address on my order. Can you change it?

Of course! Please send me a message as soon as you can so I can change the address before your order is shipped. Once an order has shipped it is not possible for me to change any address. Insurance doesn't cover orders delivered to the address provided, please ensure the correct address is entered during check out.

Where is my order?

You can find the tracking information for your order in the email you received when your order was shipped. If you are having any trouble with tracking, please let me know.
